TASER: The good ol’ Tomas A. Swift Electric Rifle continues on into the 22nd century, and is seeing good use on the moon in a variety of forms. From electric stun batons, classic prong fire conductors, to more modern Vehicle Mounted Electric Harpoons, which can pump the wattage of a rural power line through a hooked spear to overcome Cybernetic insulation. Some cyborgs have come to calling these vehicles “Moby Dicks” due to the similarities to whaling.

Sonic Inducers: Used for personnel suppression, especially in unarmed groups. Might be integrated into corporate habitat PA/sound systems for lock downs and anti-protest/riots.

Composite Impactors: When you want the target dead or disabled and the property intact cheaply without expending a premium on energy, Composite Impactor rounds are designed for high-powered air-rifles or mag-charged pellet accelerators that reverse the design principals of flesh-safe buzz saws, and exploits the difference in conducive properties between human flesh and inanimate objects to create a round that binds itself to organic tissue, but otherwise wants to naturally disassemble. Encased in an algae-based organic “velvet” shell to keep these rounds in storage without expending energy, these rounds shed their casing upon a magnetic induction point as they clear the barrel and release the payload to embed itself into a fleshy target or otherwise shatter against an object. Composite Impactors embedded in flesh are notoriously difficult to extract surgically, as inorganic tools cause the payload to disintegrate into the surrounding flesh

Microwave/Infrared Transmitters: For in-vacuum or cross-vacuum suppression, defeats anti-sonic protections by directly heating water-bound tissue inside the body causing massive discomfort and if persistent, may boil someone from the inside out. Also doesn’t play nice with electronics.

Chemical Delivery Vehicles (CDVs): Similar in principal, and compatible with rifles that fire Composite Impactors, CDVs are an escalation in violence against armored or cybernetic individuals who are not hermetically sealed. Using either a high-powered air-rifle, or a mag-charged pellet accelerator, a pellet contains a chemical compound that is organically toxic and dermatologically caustic. The goal is to cause debilitating chemical burns to disable or kill targets without causing structural damage to property. Fluids and blood can be washed away far easier than patching punctures or fire damage.
